1. Seller Information
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded via the MamaSays.pro website by MamaSays by G*, ceramics designer.

2. Products
The pieces offered are unique, handcrafted creations.
Each object may present irregularities in shape, asymmetry or finish: these are part of their identity and authenticity.
The photographs are not contractual: they give a faithful representation but each piece may vary slightly.
3. Price
Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable.
Delivery charges are added at the time of ordering.
4. Order
The order is validated once payment has been made.
Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and managed by the Wix platform and its payment providers.
6. Delivery
Shipments are made in France and internationally by carrier.
Each piece is carefully packaged. A photo of the product in its packaging is taken before shipping, as proof.
In the event of breakage noted upon receipt, the customer must:
take photos of the package and the damaged product on the day of delivery,
send me these photos within 24 hours,
return the damaged product (return costs at my expense if the breakage is proven).
A solution will then be proposed: refund, replacement (if possible) or credit.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom-made items.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
After receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product, a refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
9. Intellectual Property
The creations, texts and photographs presented on this site are the exclusive property of MamaSays by G*.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
10. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
