Refund Policy

Returns and deadlines

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return and refund, in accordance with the law (excluding personalized or made-to-order items).

Return conditions

To be refunded, the item must be:

  • returned in its original packaging,

  • in perfect condition, unused and undamaged.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a broken product received.

Products broken upon delivery

The parts are carefully packaged and a photo is taken before shipping.
If, despite these precautions, your order arrives damaged, please:

  • take photos of the package and the damaged product upon receipt,

  • send them to me within 24 hours,

  • return the item concerned (costs covered if the breakage is confirmed).

A solution will then be proposed: refund, replacement (if possible) or credit.

Reimbursement deadlines

Once the item has been returned and checked, the refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days.
